Ryan Kitzmiller serves as the President of the Garrett Workforce Housing Alliance, a local non-profit organization committed to collaborating with other non-profits and county government entities in addressing the pressing workforce housing challenges within our community. Our county faces a critical shortage of affordable housing options for its workforce, primarily driven by escalating home prices. Our mission centers on advocacy and the development of housing solutions within the economically accessible “Workforce” price range.
